Items Not Eligible for Return For safety, hygiene and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned, whether opened or used: Breast pumps / milk extractors – if the product has been used. Intimates & undergarments (e.g., nursing bras, shapewear) – if worn or washed. These policies follow standard U.S. health and hygiene guidelines. 4. Shipping Costs for Returns Within 30 days: Sunveno covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label. Important: Customers must not ship items back on their own.
