Sunveno Return & Warranty Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Sunveno. Below is our clear and straightforward return and warranty policy designed for our U.S. customers.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
The product is unused,
And in a condition that does not affect secondary sale.
Sunveno will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers must contact Sunveno Support first to receive return approval and a return label.
Unauthorized returns or shipments sent using non-approved carriers will not be reimbursed.
2. 90-Day Limited Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If a product has a manufacturer defect during this period, Sunveno will provide:
Free repair, or
A replacement (if repair is not feasible)
Our team may request photos or videos to confirm the issue.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety, hygiene and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned, whether opened or used:
Breast pumps / milk extractors – if the product has been used.
Intimates & undergarments (e.g., nursing bras, shapewear) – if worn or washed.
These policies follow standard U.S. health and hygiene guidelines.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Within 30 days: Sunveno covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label.
Important:
Customers must not ship items back on their own.
Sunveno does not reimburse high or non-standard return shipping fees if customers choose their own carrier without approval.
