Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Our goal is to make the process as clear and convenient as possible. Please review the information below for important details about timelines, eligibility, and how to initiate a return.

Townchest and its vendors reserve the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges, including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.

Most unopened items purchased from Townchest in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund. The return window for items sold on Townchest.com begins once any part of your order is shipped. Some items sold on Townchest.com have a modified return policy. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Some items may have a shorter returns window. Refer to the Returns section of the individual item's product description or the Returns Exceptions section below.

Return Shipping & Fees

If your return is due to a defective item, incorrect delivery, recall, or damage/broken upon arrival, the vendor the item is sold by will provide a prepaid return shipping label or otherwise cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Most items can be returned with no restocking fees. If any special handling or return conditions apply to specific large or bulky items, these conditions will be clearly indicated before you purchase.

Donations and Refunds

When you purchase an item on Townchest.com, are able to provide support to an eligible school or charitable organization. If you return your item, the support amount allocated from the sale will no longer be provided to that school or charitable organization. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Log into your Townchest account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item you'd like to return.
  3. Follow the provided instructions to request a return authorization from the vendor, who will then supply the necessary details for your return.

Refunds

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process after they have been approved and completed. For questions about refunds to your credit card, contact your card issuer. If you've lost the credit or debit card the refund is supposed to go back to you on, contact your card issuer for refund information.

Return Exceptions

Some products may be excluded from standard return eligibility, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food products)
  • Personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Personal hygiene items (when opened)

Any special return limitations will be clearly listed on the item's product page at the time of purchase.
