Free Returns with No Restocking Fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our factory. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Please do not send your product back without receiving prior approval from customer support. Allow 5–7 business days for processing after the returned item is received. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Bulk Orders Return Policy For large or multi-package orders, one complimentary return label will be provided for the first package. Additional return labels requested for remaining packages may be subject to a return shipping fee. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, the item must: Be unused and in the same condition as when received. Be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases: Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Would you like to request a refund? To initiate a return please use our customer portal HERE. We will confirm receipt of your request and the returned item, and notify you if your refund is approved. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected in your account. If you've completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@stonecandles.com. Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned nor refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
